COVID Policies

Proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test is required for tournament entry. Full vaccination is defined as:

  • Receiving two doses of Moderna or Pfizer OR One dose of Johnson & Johnson

Vaccine cards are checked for first time attendees. Anyone who has attended previous events and have already have their vaccine card checked do not need to present proof again.

Proof of vaccination can either be the physical copy of vaccine records, a digital record (such as myColorado app's), or a picture with another form of state or federal ID that has a matching name. Pictures of vaccine card are also fine but above two listed are preferred.

Negative test are also accepted for entry. Tests must be taken within 48 hours prior to the event. These can be at home tests with a dated picture shown for proof, or a records of a professionally done test. Some places to schedule a test are linked here:

Jefferson County has lifted mask mandates however we still strongly encourage those who enter to wear a mask.

Disqualification Rules

Punctuality is important for running tournaments. Arrive and be present in the play area at least 15 minutes before your bracket is scheduled to start. Check in with the Tournament Organizers (TO) and pay entry fees.

When your match is called, you have 5 minutes to report to the station the TO tells you to play at. If you are not at the station to play within that time, and you did not communicate with either your opponent or the TO about using the restroom, getting a drink, or any other reason to not be present within those five minutes you will be disqualified (DQ'd). When you are DQ'd, you are removed from the winners bracket and placed into the losers bracket. If you are in the losers bracket and are DQ'd then, you are out of the tournament.

DQ's are rare at weekly events. The best thing you can do to avoid being DQ'd is to inform TOs if you have something important to do where you need to step out.

You will not be DQ'd if you are playing in multiple brackets at the same time. The TO's will communicate with each other on where you are and keep you within any brackets you are competing in as long as you are there.

Stream

Games will be streamed with commentary on our twitch channel! The main games are listed on the schedule, so tune in at the aforementioned times to watch!
